Payment
Our shop only accepts PayPal as method of payment.
In order for us to consider validating any transactions, payment must be made within 24 hours. If at that time payment wasn't complete, we will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel the transaction.
With PayPal the buyer may pay straight from their own account, by credit card or check. In the latter case, It takes about 2 business days until we can be sure that a payment by check has been cleared. At that time we will happily complete the transaction as quick as we possibly can.
It is not necessary that the address on Etsy and PayPal match. We will ship to the address that appears on Etsy, unless the buyer notifies us. If the buyer provides a wrong address we unfortunately can not provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

This shop uses Poste Italiane for our shippings. Shipments are made with "Corriere Espresso Internazionale" (EMS/QPE).
It usually takes about from 6 days to 2 weeks to arrive. If there is any delay, it is most likely the result of a logistics issue at the local offices.
In the event that the buyer wants to pay more for a different form of shipping, or wants an item insured must contact me. We will gladly accommodate your request.
The buyer is responsible for customs fees.
We ship our packages a day after the payment.
